星科工业环保空调安装注意事项

工业环保空调可安装在墙壁上，屋顶上或室外的地面上，安装的位置最少不能低于2.25米。采用40*40*4支架与墙或窗板螺栓连接，且所有的缝隙均用玻璃胶或水泥砂浆密封。安装风管时要在安装的底架上安装吊杆，使风管重量全部吊装在底架上。

技术要求：

1、三角支架焊接和安装要牢固;

2、检修平台必须能支撑机组和维修人员的重量;

3、主机安装必须水平；

4、主机法兰与送风弯管的截面必须平齐；

5、所有外墙风管都要做好防水处理；

6、主机接线盒必须靠室内安装，便于维修；

7、风管弯头近墙处要做防水处理，以防止水流入室内。

1.triangle bracket welded and installed should be secured ;

2.maintenance platform must be able to support the weight of the crew and maintenance personnel;

3.the host must be installed in a horizontal positon;

4.host junction and air pipe section must be installed in horizontal position; 5.all the exterior duct must be waterproofed;

6.hostjunction box must be indoor installation;

7.duce elbow into the wall should be waterproofed in order to prevent duct flow into the Interior;
